Taking its inspiration from "First Man Into Space" (1959) and "The Incredible Melting Man" (1977), director Steve Latshaw’s loving homage follows a group of diverse explorers as they trek deep into the Florida Everglades in search of a crashed spaceship. There they discover its occupant has been transformed into an unstoppable alien creature hell-bent on destroying everything in its path.
